This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Culinary Expert at Barceló Hotel Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the preparation of meals, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and working closely with our Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare all recipes according to established menu specifications and technical sheets.
  2. E nsure the smooth operation of the kitchen under the supervision of the Head Chef.
  3. Collaborate in cost management, inventory control, and procurement processes.
  4. Participate in cleaning, conservation, cooking, regeneration, and food storage procedures.
  5. Support the receipt and storage of food items, following established norms and instructions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Cooking and Gastronomy or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Familiarity with Hostelería principles.
  • Creativity, ability to work in a team, tolerance for stress, and capacity for problem-solving.
