Program Overview

Air Liquide's V.I.E Program is an international young graduate program that enables young professionals to work for a French company in any country of the world. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team, working closely with the Fresh Graduates Talent Partner and the VIE Program assistant.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all VIEs outside of Europe, ensuring coordination with stakeholders.
  • Post, update, and close all recruitments in Business France platform.
  • Present the offer package to successful candidates and facilitate contractual elements.
  • Update and maintain VIE folders and VIE dashboards.
  • Facilitate arrival and departure of VIEs.
  • Update, propose, and improve processes (VIE guide, G-sheets).
  • Contribute to VIE program branding events (Business France, Seekube Live talks, etc.).

Requirements

  • Masters degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Previous experience or internships in an HR role advantageous.
  • Prior practice of Google Suite essential.
  • Excellent communication and team player skills.
  • Open-minded and able to adapt in a multinational environment.
  • Proactive and result-oriented.

Language Requirements

English fluency is a must-have, and French is advantageous.
