About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Plytix, a leading provider of Product Information Management (PIM) software. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth and success through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's target audience and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, and make recommendations for implementation.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and software, including Asana and other project management tools.
  • Fluent level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
