Job Summary:
As a Junior Campaign Specialist with Recruitment Direct, you'll play a vital role in helping new clients launch their first online advertising campaigns, driving significant impact on their business.

About the Role:
This target-driven position focuses on individual and team objectives. You'll serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers, identifying and understanding their needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with new clients to launch their first online advertising campaigns.
• Onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers, ensuring campaign sustainability and driving increased spending and upsell opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls, providing exceptional customer interaction and business goals.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to drive results and meet or exceed targets in productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong drive to meet or exceed targets in productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing.
• Good time management skills and ability to organize your own workday.
• Strong analytical skills and client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Native level of French and high level of English.

What We Offer:
• Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
• Hybrid working model based in Barcelona.
• Permanent contract.
• Relocation package includes flight ticket, accommodation in a nice individual studio, support with private health insurance, and 2 to 4 weeks of intensive training on products and sales strategies.
