We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Teacher to join our team at What's Up - Living English, a leading language school with centers across Spain. As a key member of our teaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to students from beginner to advanced levels, utilizing engaging and interactive teaching methods.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of our language programs.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker or equivalent language proficiency.
- B2 level in Spanish or higher.
- CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.
- Passion for teaching adults and teenagers, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues.
- Adaptability, empathy, and a positive attitude.
