About the Role
- Develop and implement security and compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead audit processes and key security initiatives, maintaining and enhancing our certification activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security awareness and best practices.
- Participate in security risk management and methodologies, ensuring our security posture is robust and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in security and privacy standards at a global company.
- 2+ years of experience in leading a team.
- Security certifications (CISO, CISSP, and/or CISM) preferred.
About the Team
Our Information Security team consists of 33 professionals with diverse experience. We support our organization's internal teams and customer relations activities, with a focus on four main areas: Security Engineering and Operations, Product security, Security Architecture, and Governance Risk and Compliance.
Work Environment
