Customer Support Agent Job Description
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of an international team responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly, effective, and professional manner. You will work with some of the world's most respected brands, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer concerns via email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to customer problems, using your analytical skills and logical thinking
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
- Computer skills, including basic skills and advanced skills like coding
- Good analytic skills and logical thinking
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills
- Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt to changing needs
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- EU citizenship or work permit for Greece
