Job SummaryWe are seeking a Network Planning Product Manager to define and lead our network deployment strategy worldwide. The successful candidate will develop and execute a network deployment strategic plan, form and advocate a product vision, and ensure network solutions and services align with SITA's business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and develop a deployment strategy for the Telecom Network and define the best setup for the stations to optimize network performance and capacity.
- Analyze the current network capacity and growth projections and align with the business commitments to propose improvements.
- Drive the prioritization of the deployment based on backlog, deployment strategy, and budget.
- Define and track KPI reporting pre and post-deployment.
- Define, drive, and monitor yearly and long-term budget.
- Support roadmap and customer projects and enforce technical standards for quality, maintainability, scalability, availability, and security of the network infrastructure.
- Relevant University degree/technical certification and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role.
- 5+ years' experience in Telecom network technology.
- 2+ years of product management/business management experience.
- Expert knowledge in major network technologies, current and trends.
- Development and maintenance of business cases, market opportunity assessment, Partner and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Excellent organizational, time planning, and prioritization management skills.
- Presentation and reporting capabilities.
- Fluent oral and written English, French is a plus.
