Merlin Digital Partner:

Buscamos un Senior DevOps con experiencia en la gestión y optimización de entornos en la nube, específicamente en AWS, así como en infraestructura on-premise.

Con sólidas habilidades en la implementación y automatización de infraestructuras utilizando herramientas como Terraform, AWS CloudFormation o Ansible, y en el desarrollo de pipelines CI/CD con herramientas como Jenkins, GitLab CI o AWS CodePipeline.

Además, debe estar familiarizado con la configuración de sistemas de monitoreo y alertas (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack) y la implementación de mejores prácticas de seguridad y recuperación ante desastres.

Con capacidad de trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos de desarrollo, QA e IT para garantizar una integración eficiente de la infraestructura con las aplicaciones y procesos de negocio.


Responsabilidades:
Diseñar, implementar y gestionar entornos en la nube de AWS, asegurando un rendimiento, escalabilidad y seguridad óptimos.
Supervisar y mantener la infraestructura on-premise, asegurando una integración fluida con los entornos en la nube.

Desarrollar y optimizar pipelines de CI/CD para sistemas en la nube y on-premise utilizando herramientas como Jenkins, GitLab CI o AWS CodePipeline.

Implementar y gestionar la infraestructura utilizando herramientas como Terraform, AWS CloudFormation o Ansible, garantizando despliegues consistentes y repetibles.

Configurar y mantener sistemas de monitoreo y alertas (por ejemplo, CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack) para asegurar la salud del sistema y abordar problemas de manera proactiva.

Implementar mejores prácticas para asegurar tanto los entornos en la nube como los on-premise, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y requisitos regulatorios.

Monitorear y optimizar continuamente el rendimiento del sistema, la distribución de carga y las estrategias de escalado para satisfacer las crecientes demandas de las aplicaciones.

Establecer y mantener procedimientos de recuperación ante desastres, incluidos respaldos, estrategias de conmutación por error y planes de respuesta ante incidentes.

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de desarrollo, QA y TI para asegurar una integración fluida de la infraestructura con las aplicaciones y procesos de negocio.


Qué buscamos:
Más de 5 años de experiencia con servicios de AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Lambda, etc.), con un fuerte enfoque en el diseño de infraestructuras en la nube escalables y confiables.
Experiencia práctica en la gestión de entornos on-premise.
Experiencia comprobada en la construcción y mantenimiento de pipelines de CI/CD y en la automatización de tareas de infraestructura.
Conocimiento profundo de sistemas basados en Linux y su gestión tanto en entornos en la nube como on-premise.
Experiencia con Terraform, CloudFormation o herramientas similares de Infraestructura como Código (IaC).

Experiencia en herramientas de monitoreo (por ejemplo, CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack) y sistemas de alertas para la detección proactiva de problemas.

Comprensión profunda de las prácticas de seguridad, incluyendo firewalls, políticas de IAM, cifrado y gestión de vulnerabilidades.
Resolución de problemas, colaboración, automatización y escalabilidad.
