We are looking for a talented Procurement Analytics and Automation Manager to join our team at GRUPO MARVA. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics capabilities to provide real-time insights into procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced analytics dashboards, spend analysis models, and reporting tools for strategic procurement insights.
- Implement automation technologies, such as RPA and AI, to streamline procurement workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of SAP Ariba, spend analytics, and AI-driven tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital procurement solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to improve procurement performance.
About You:
- You have a strong background in procurement analytics, automation, or procurement technology.
- You possess expertise in SAP Ariba, Procurement BI tools, AI-driven procurement solutions, and automation technologies.
- You have a proven track record of implementing successful analytics and automation projects in procurement.
- You hold a Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA in Digital Supply Chain is a plus.
- Certifications in Project Management and Supply Management (CPSM) from ISM are a plus.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
