Our client, a mid-sized Contract Research Organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to join their European team. This crucial hire will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of clinical trials within Dermatology.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of seven years of global clinical project management experience, particularly within European markets, and be well-versed in all stages of clinical trials from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison for both internal teams and external stakeholders, leading client communications, and providing timely project updates.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, ensuring the delivery of essential documents and materials, maintaining audit readiness, and managing quality and risk.

Additionally, they will monitor trial progress, manage scope changes, and lead trial execution while coordinating with team members and external vendors.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant experience in the clinical research sector, including three years in a Contract Research Organization, are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for sponsors and lead client communications
  • Provide timely project updates and ensure seamless communication
  • Oversee project planning and ensure timely delivery of essential documents and materials
  • Maintain audit readiness and manage quality and risk
  • Monitor trial progress and manage scope changes
  • Lead trial execution and coordinate with team members and external vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in the clinical research sector
  • Three years of experience in a Contract Research Organization
  • Significant experience in global Phase III trials
