Buscamos un/a Digital Merchandise Trainee para unirse a nuestras oficinas centrales en Sils.

Como parte de nuestra comunidad Kave Campus, nuestro programa de desarrollo de talento, tendrás la oportunidad de completar tus estudios involucrándote en proyectos reales en un entorno innovador y en constante evolución.

A través de Kave Campus, podrás aplicar tus conocimientos teóricos en proyectos tangibles, trabajando junto a profesionales y adquiriendo habilidades y competencias indispensables para tu desarrollo profesional.

Contarás con el apoyo de un mentor o mentora experimentado/a de nuestra empresa, que te guiará y apoyará durante tu período de prácticas.

Además, tendrás el acompañamiento constante de nuestros Managers y el equipo de People, creando comunidad y proporcionándote orientación adicional para asegurarte de que aproveches al máximo tu experiencia.

Las funciones principales del cargo serán:

Carga de Productos y Contenidos en Plataformas:

Gestionar la carga eficiente de productos en múltiples plataformas, asegurando que la información sea precisa y completa para una experiencia de compra sin problemas.

Gestionar la carga de productos en diversas plataformas, asegurando una presentación coherente y precisa.

Subida de contenido Home, con sus correspondientes enlaces a categorías y adaptación a países según las necesidades y requisitos legales de cada uno.

Optimización de Listings:

Mejorar la experiencia del usuario asegurándote de que la información clave sobre nuestros productos esté fácilmente disponible y sea precisa en todo momento.

Proporcionar detalles sobre materiales y atributos para mejorar la usabilidad de los filtros de búsqueda y ayudar a los clientes a encontrar rápidamente lo que están buscando.

Colaborar en la correcta presentación de los videos de campaña en las páginas de detalle del producto, asegurando que estén correctamente integrados para mejorar la experiencia de compra de nuestros clientes.

Implementar y mantener nuestras promociones a través de la Promo Bar, asegurando que se reflejen con precisión en el sitio web para atraer la atención de nuestros clientes de manera efectiva.

Gestión de promociones: coordinar y optimizar la visibilidad de promociones en diversas secciones del sitio web, incluyendo el slider, el bloque de categorías, la barra de promociones y el pie legal.

Reproducción y Adaptación de la Estrategia Global a Mercados:

Contenido de Homepage por país atendiendo a las necesidades legales y comerciales.

Criterios de ordenación Ranking & Sorting.

Posicionamiento de los artículos clave según mercado y campaña.

Cross-selling:

Apoyo al área de cross-selling en la gestión de la venta cruzada en base a los algoritmos de mayor rendimiento según criterios de negocio.

Colaborar estrechamente con el área de cross-selling para facilitar la implementación de estrategias efectivas de venta cruzada.

Asegurar que las recomendaciones de productos cruzados se alineen con los objetivos comerciales y las preferencias del cliente, maximizando así las oportunidades de venta adicionales.

Requisitos del cargo:

• Ser estudiante universitario/a o recién graduado/a en Marketing Digital y/o similar.

• Tener habilidades excepcionales de organización y gestión del tiempo.

• Tener un buen nivel de inglés y español, y valoraremos muy positivamente que domines otros idiomas.

• Ser capaz de firmar un convenio de prácticas curriculares y/o extracurriculares con universidades o centros de estudio.

• Ser una persona comprometida y con ganas de formar parte de una empresa dinámica y en constante evolución.
