About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD SME to join our Global Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing our global HR ServiceNow roadmap, supporting the HR demand from all countries in scope, and collaborating with various teams across regions.

Your Role

As a ServiceNow HRSD SME, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading implementations, gathering requirements from customers, and being heavily involved in the delivery team.
  • Refining stories and realizing them in sprints.
  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis through video/teleconferences and email to understand client processes and business problems.
  • Designing and developing ServiceNow features based on business requirements and technical specifications using stories.
  • Collaborating with our expert leading the configuration and customization of ServiceNow HR Module.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow HR Module customizations, integrations, providing root-cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Performing day-to-day support and maintenance, working with the team.
  • Working in an Agile environment, adhering to, and improving best practices and processes currently in place.
  • Creating and maintaining thorough documentation for ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

As a ServiceNow HRSD SME, your skills and qualifications should ideally include:

  • Experience in defining and deploying processes.
  • Experience identifying solutions with a focus on implementation of technology.
  • Confident in converting business requirements to configuration requirements by authoring user stories that support Agile Development.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow platform.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience and exposure with ServiceNow HRSD including Virtual Agent, Portal (EC Pro), Agent Workspace.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and HRSD implementation best practices.
  • Certified ServiceNow career path (preferable at least one CIS certification).
  • Good understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including Web Services, LDAP, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub.
  • Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (further languages are an asset).
  • An analytical and problem-solving person.
  • Result and service-oriented, persistent, proactive, and capable of driving things forward in challenging situations.
  • Work experience in a multicultural environment and with virtual teams.
  • High intercultural awareness, real team player, and open-minded attitude.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
