Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Expert to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our Global Total Rewards function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the attraction, motivation, and retention of company talents.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure employees are engaged through regular communications and informed about company benefit plans and proposed changes.
Review programs to ensure they are legally compliant and competitive with regards to trends, practices, and costs.
Negotiate coverage, services, and costs with carriers and vendors.
SOURCE and manage vendor relationships.
This role reports to the EMEA regional benefits manager and is located in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the strategic development and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing strategy.
Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal resources to ensure all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies.
Lead implementation and/or project manage implementation of new programs and plan design changes.
Analyze program utilization, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness of existing programs.
Support the development of all benefits, retirement, and wellbeing communications.

Requirements

Excellent communicator.
Good analytical skills to leverage data, statistics, and market trends.
Strong Excel skills.
Independent worker with strong execution capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage expectations.
Anticipate and resolve challenges.
Diagnostic problem-solving, planning consulting, and influencing skills.

Qualifications

Ideally Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Other language skills are a plus.
Leading Innovation and Change in a highly regulated area of expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally years of demonstrated benefits and retirement plan management experience, preferably in a multinational/global organization or consulting firm, including at least 3 years of HR experience in the UK.
Very strong in managing and protecting confidential and/or sensitive data.
Thorough knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and regulations.
Prior experience in managing outsourced vendors.
Negotiation experience, building positive relations with works councils and unions.
Involvement with mergers/acquisitions/divestitures due diligence and integration.
Experience with project management, SharePoint, Teams.
