Buck Brothers Asphalt & Concrete is hiring skilled professionals for the role of Paving Sealcoat Laborer to perform work across properties in Ohio.
This position involves cleaning, prepping, trimming, maintaining and applying liquid seal coat and crack seal on pavement surfaces; such as parking lots, driveways, and streets. The ideal candidate must be able to use blowers, brooms, shovels, and a variety of other hand tools to ensure a clean surface prior to recoating. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions on pavement surfaces is expected. Willingness to learn and adapt to different techniques is essential to ensure a quality repaved surface in a safe manner.
