Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing breads and pastries, including doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate. You will also review production sheets to understand the variety of baked goods to be produced daily and maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
