About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to lead our organic growth strategy in Spain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive inbound marketing plan to drive website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic inbound marketing plan to drive organic growth in Spain
  • Lead a team of marketers to implement SEO actions and strategies
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities and develop content promotion tactics to attract high volumes of visitors
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation
  • Manage the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role in a growing company
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong track record of achievement, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and results
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page and off-page optimization, and acquisition tactics
  • CRM and customer journey management experience, including funnel optimization, nurturing, and scoring
