**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to support business goals and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to align planning strategies with overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless introduction of new products and modifications to existing offerings throughout the product life cycle.
- Utilize data analytics to drive insights and enhance forecasting accuracy and inventory management.
- Develop and coordinate supply plans to ensure product availability meets customer demand and schedules.
- Present supply chain insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Champion KPI analytics initiatives to fuel a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Foster strategic partnerships with contract manufacturing partners and negotiate contracts.
- Optimize ERP systems to revolutionize supply chain management processes.
- Engineer and execute innovative inventory and warehouse management strategies.
- Employ the principles of cost accounting to dissect, analyze, and optimize supply chain operations.
- Oversee base and finished goods production, monitoring schedules, yields, and inventory levels.
- Utilize Excel to develop advanced planning models and analyze key metrics to support decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
**Qualifications:**
- BS / MBA preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management.
- Previous involvement in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts, achieving cost reductions, and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative approaches.
- Proven leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, coupled with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
- Experience thriving in dynamic environments, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost accounting principles, and performance metrics.
- Strong knowledge of ERP's implementation and operation.
