We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead our Fragrances value stream. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for controlling and coordinating all production activities, ensuring compliance with our safety, quality, service level, productivity, and cost objectives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all productive filling plant on a daily basis
  • Guarantee the production plan complies with safety, quality, service, and cost standards
  • Solve daily issues and lead teams
  • Consolidate the implementation of systems, solve problems, standardize production processes, and maintain continuous improvement at the manufacturing level
  • Develop and motivate middle managers
  • Actively participate in investigations arising from incidents/accidents that may occur at the plant
  • Lead investigations/root cause of quality nonconformities in different lines
  • Manage planned breakdowns and stops, ensuring compliance with the production plan (daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Reports KPIs and follow-up production efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with established GMP standards
  • Make proposals for continuous improvement actions
  • Lead and motivate Production Managers team (Process Engineers, Shift Leader, and Maintenance Area)
  • Participating in Granollers Compelling Business Needs


Improving the Capability of the Fragrances Teams

  • Develop AM, PM, Settings cards, C/O, Standardization, Visual management, DMS, and problem-solving
  • Work closely with several departments, such as maintenance, engineering, quality, and HR
  • Contribute to a truly international and dynamic work environment, based on trust and cooperation, with opportunities for continuous improvement and learning
