Information Security Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Governance Specialist to join our team at Allianz Technology. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and systems to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent security incidents and improve overall security posture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address security risks, and develop effective strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Develop and conduct information security training and awareness programs to promote knowledge and awareness of security requirements and processes.
- Manage security risks and their related assessments, and identify deviations from security policies and guidelines.
- Higher education degree in IT or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in information security, security policies, security systems, and governance.
- ITIL certification on higher proficiency levels.
- IT security certifications officially recognized by Allianz Group IT Risk Security.
- Expertise in business continuity management (BCM), IT risk, and IT security management.
- Applying analytical thinking, methodological, and conceptual skills.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to IT risk and security.
- Profound knowledge of information security management systems and relevant industry standards (in particular ISO27001, PCI-DSS, COBIT).
