Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to comprehensive E2E test strategies for complex software systems and customer requirements.
- Develop E2E automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, develop and enrich test plans.
- Maximize the level of automation for all testing steps (unit, system, UI, E2E, performance, user acceptance).
- Execute and analyze test results, identify defects, and resolve issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software testing and development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end testing with a focus on software development.
- Experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Proficiency in Python programming languages. Any other language will be a plus.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Robot framework, pytest, jest, and JMeter).
- Previous experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a must.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work on-site at Ericsson's office on an average of 2 times per week.
- Experience with performance testing and security testing.
- Strong development background (BE and/or FE).
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, ASTQB).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
