About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support through phone for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting
  • Dispatch tickets between second-line support and technical teams
  • Complete service requests and report on incidents and service requests
  • Utilize mail systems to communicate with clients and internal teams
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English languages
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and service mentality
  • High degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
