Celestica is seeking a skilled Avionics Quality Engineer to provide support in the performance and daily activities of the department. The ideal candidate will analyze quality data, prepare reports for internal teams and external customers, and ensure that customer specifications are carried out and comply with local requirements and MPS standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure customer specifications are met and comply with local requirements and MPS standards
• Manage NPI process and ECN control for customers
• Manage customer complaints
• Ensure operators comply with product quality inspection procedures in accordance with customer requirements
• Provide support to optimize processes and identify opportunities to reduce costs
• Prepare and collect data from key process points
• Monitor product yields, process yield, and scrap rate
• Participate in PFMEA analysis and control plan elaboration
Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience in an avionics company
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of Avionics market
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Teamwork skills
• Knowledge of English (high level) and German (medium level)
