Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Swissôtel Nankai, Osaka. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
- Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve our culinary offerings.
- Efficiently prepare and execute menu items to meet high standards.
- Acquire culinary knowledge and skills to grow as a demi chef de partie.
- Follow guidelines provided in the colleague handbook.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant.
- Flexibility to work any shift, day or night, as required.
- English and Japanese verbal skills desirable.
- Multitasking ability.
- Ability to communicate with local and international guests.
