We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our trading team as an Assistant Trader. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Trader to assist and learn all aspects of trading and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Trader in trading support and maintain existing reports and procedures within the trading desk.
- Interact as part of the trading team in analyzing and implementing existing and new strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong analytical and mathematical skills to support trading decisions.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative subject.
- Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong statistical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated interest and motivation for financial markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Experience in a teamwork environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Programming skills in Matlab, R, Python, or C#.
