About Your Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Marketing and Content Specialist to work within our Strategy & Impact Team.

The role will be at the forefront of brand and CRM management, content creation, and overall email strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, views, and engagement
  • Write compelling content to simplify complex information and add warmth, care, and a personal touch to brand and service content
  • Oversee and proofread communications such as internal newsletters and email campaigns
  • Create branded templates, images, guidelines, and processes to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Source stories and produce content for various purposes

What We Look For

  • Excellent writing skills and content creation abilities
  • Understanding of best practice SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Understanding of the disability sector is beneficial
