About SAWOO
SAWOO is a fast-growing, remote-first company with a 15-person team spread across six countries. Our mission is to build and run professional communities for decision-makers in medium and large companies.
We organize physical and virtual network meetings, conferences, podcasts, and other networking opportunities for our community members. Our current portfolio includes 10 communities, each tailored to a specific audience of executives from renowned companies like BCG, EY, Bosch, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, Siemens, and more.
Your Role
You will support our communities and team by handling essential tasks that ensure smooth community operations. Your role focuses on maintaining LinkedIn and email-based workflows and assisting with community management tasks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Contacting potential community members with pre-written messages via LinkedIn
- Sending invitations to potential and existing community members via LinkedIn and email
- Responding to incoming LinkedIn comments using templates
- Reviewing people who interacted with our content and contacting them via direct message
- Scheduling posts on LinkedIn
- Maintaining our community member database (CRM)
Your Goals
Error-free work and clean execution: You must be detail-oriented and able to send flawless LinkedIn communications.
Performance orientation and efficiency: You should be eager to go the extra mile, work swiftly on the computer, and send as many as 150 pre-formulated messages per hour.
Excellent time management: You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize your work effectively.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar field
- Previous remote work experience and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 level) and the ability to write well-structured emails and messages
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
