Oracle HRIS System Administrator

Job Summary

At Americold, we are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HRIS System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide first-line support to HR users, resolving issues related to system functionality, data accuracy, and report generation.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to maintain system integrity, develop reports, troubleshoot issues, and support in implementing system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HRIS systems, preferably in an analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and experience with system configuration, system support, and data analysis.
