**Job Summary**

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled International Financial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, focused on securitisation vehicles and capital markets transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Client Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, ensuring excellent communication and timely responses to their requests.
  • Team Work: Collaborate with internal teams and divisions to achieve business objectives, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues as needed.
  • Accounting: Analyze and understand complex securitisation structures, maintaining accurate general ledgers and timelines for a portfolio of clients. Process and reconcile transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liquidity Management: Coordinate invoice processing, monitor capital movements, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax and legal obligations, as well as regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Accounting and/or Finance is an advantage.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the financial or capital market industry.
  • Strong knowledge of securitisation structures and transactions.
  • Excellent accounting skills, with experience in Lux GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish, French, or German is an advantage.
