We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Executive Assistant to support our team at The Game Kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and commitments efficiently.
- Provide support in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Assist in managing executive communications, including filtering emails and calls.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize departmental planning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the role is not required, but a strong knowledge of the video game sector and global industry is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (minimum level B2).
- A high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in corporate management tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Missive, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced level of English (C1).
- Experience in coordinating projects and events in video game environments.
- The ability to adapt to rapid changes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type
- Long term position, intended to evolve into more specialized areas of the studio in the future.
- 20 hours/week.
Estimated Salary: €25-30 per hour, based on experience. Estimated annual salary: €35,000-42,000, depending on full-time or part-time status.
