Key Responsibilities- Guarantee the production plan is executed in accordance with safety, quality, service, and cost standards.
- Solve daily issues and lead teams to achieve production goals.
- Consolidate the implementation of systems, solve problems, standardize production processes, and maintain continuous improvement at the manufacturing level.
- Develop and motivate middle managers to achieve high-performance teams.
- Actively participate in investigations arising from incidents/accidents that may occur at the plant.
- Lead investigations/root cause analysis of quality nonconformities in different lines.
- Manage planned breakdowns and stops to ensure compliance with the production plan (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Report KPIs and follow-up production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with established GMP standards.
- Make proposals for continuous improvement actions.
- Lead and motivate Production Managers team (Process Engineers, Shift Leader, and Maintenance Area).
- Participate in business needs analysis and develop strategies to improve production capacity.
- Improve the capability of the fragrances' teams by developing AM, PM, Settings cards, C/O, Standardization, Visual management, DMS, and problem-solving.
- Superior degree in technical fields (engineering or similar).
- Production processes management experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Problem-solving oriented, methodical, perseverant, and able to lead change.
- Master the English language on a near-native level.
