About This Opportunity
We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Account Manager to join our SAS Enhanced Support Delivery team. As a Technical Support Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our customer relationships.
You will serve as a strategic technical advisor to customers on SAS support-related activities, following defined Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent delivery of services. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing input and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle, contributing to the success of the customer's relationship with SAS.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic technical advisor to customers on SAS support-related activities
- Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent delivery of services
- Work closely with sales account teams to identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the negotiation of Enhanced Support renewals
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in software support or development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field or industry domain
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish language skills
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of the area of specialization
