Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Associate Specialist to join our HR Operations Team for Germany and Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning several HR processes for both countries, including onboarding, termination, employee personal changes, verification of employment, contract changes, benefits, maternity, and retirement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own HR processes for Germany and Luxembourg, including onboarding, termination, employee personal changes, verification of employment, contract changes, benefits, maternity, and retirement.
  • Keep contact with other departments, including payroll, legal, and compensation.
  • Handle employee requests through the HR ticket system.
  • Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English and native or proficient in German.
  • 1-2 years' experience in HR or related fields.
  • Experience in HR Shared Service environment and benefits preferred.
  • MS Office required.
  • Success Factors, HRIS, and service knowledge highly desirable.
  • Customer-focused attitude, proactivity.
