Job Summary

We are seeking a Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Controlling and following up on daily transport traffic and distribution to ensure vehicle positioning, load, and delivery dates.
  • Managing stocks and inventory.
  • Analyzing data to optimize logistics operations.
  • Replenishing plants and logistics warehouses.
  • Managing logistics documentation (POD, DUA, CMR, etc.).
  • Coordinating pallet pooling.
  • Developing continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Industrial Engineering or additional education in logistics (master) is highly valued.
  • Previous experience (3-5 years) in logistics, warehouse, transportation, distribution, or similar position. Preferably in FMCG industry or dynamic environments.
  • We are looking for a team player, able to work under pressure situations.
  • Good English skills.
  • SAP and Microsoft Office experience, as well as PBI.
  • Very valuable experience in TMS or Control Tower.
