Job DescriptionThis role involves being the face of Nike in retail stores, providing premium brand experiences to customers through exceptional product knowledge and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing skills in product knowledge and customer service to deliver valuable experiences to consumers.
- Assisting leaders and coaches in training new staff.
- Supporting various store departments, such as operating cash registers, managing inventory, and designing displays.
- Using digital devices to connect online and offline sales or in-store services.
- Informing customers and new employees about Nike products and services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for Nike and sports.
- Experience in sales (a plus).
- Ability to communicate professionally.
