Position: Reporting to the Quality Manager, the mission of the Product Quality Technician will be to provide support in all processes of quality control, manufacturing control, legislation, formulas, and new products for the national and international market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining systems and indicators to measure quality performance in the areas of development and production.
- Taking necessary actions (quality monitoring, technical assistance, reinforcement of inspections, etc.) to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Establishing and implementing a communication strategy necessary to improve and raise awareness of quality issues in all departments (technical department, purchasing, planning, etc.).
- Coordinating the team to ensure that the defined quality control processes work as designed and proper prioritization of samples is performed.
- Defining a panoply of defects and color for packaging articles and finished products.
- Controlling and signing standard samples of packaging articles.
- Controlling and signing standard production samples.
- Conducting compatibility and resistance tests of new products and packaging materials.
- Defining and establishing quality tests for new products.
- Conducting formulation stability tests.
- Managing non-conformity sheets for packaging articles and finished products.
- Assessing supplier quality performance.
- Accompanying the opening of new suppliers.
- Developing quality procedures.
- Conducting internal audits of the Quality Management System according to ISO 22716.
- Managing SAP data and processing.
Who are you
- Holding a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
- Possessing a valuable Master's Degree in Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
- Having 5 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar position.
- Proficient in Spanish and English (C1 level).
- Advanced user in office tools.
- Familiar with SAP.
