Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Benefits Financing Consultant to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our Global Benefits Financing department, you will be responsible for creating and delivering multi-country programs and financing solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global benefits financing strategies for large multinational companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized benefits financing solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on local employee benefits practices and requirements in key international markets.
  • Lead on the delivery of global benefits financing solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and expertise in delivering global benefits financing solutions for large multinational companies.
  • Knowledge of local employee benefits practices and requirements in key international markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
