About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within mid-to-enterprise sized customers in our core frontline sectors - Social Care, Hospitality, or Retail. You will work closely with our founders, Chief Sales Officer, and a high-performing marketing team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and support successful onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
• Represent Sona at industry events and conferences to drive pipeline activity and build brand awareness

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment. You should have a deep understanding of the unique problems faced by frontline organisations and be excited to bring high-quality software to a huge, high-demand market.
