About the Role
Clarivate is seeking a highly skilled User Experience Researcher to join their team in Barcelona. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences for users across multiple platforms of IP Patent intelligence, search, and analytics products.
Key Responsibilities
- Synthesize analytics, customer insights, and data to guide research and identify trends in usage patterns.
- Conduct various types of testing and workshops and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to generate findings and insights.
- Identify competitors' strengths and weaknesses, evaluate market trends and regulatory environment, and assess gaps.
- Facilitate workshops focused on design thinking, discovery, requirements, and stakeholder alignment within product/project contexts.
- Communicate with customer touchpoint teams to gather user data, document research findings, and develop clear reports to influence Product and UX teams.
About the Team
You'll be joining a UX/UI Global team with more than 50 colleagues across the globe, working on a hybrid model from Barcelona Office and being part of a local fast pace growing design community, working on new products, and infusing change in the organization.
