About the Role:

Overview

Cognita, a global leader in independent education, is seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to students, parents, and colleagues.

This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English and Spanish. You will be responsible for handling confidential information, managing reception duties, and working collaboratively with the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, customer service, and teamwork. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include professional development opportunities, health insurance, and access to our employee assistance program.
