Corporate Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the quality department, you will be responsible for supporting plants in meeting external and internal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have significant international experience within the automotive industry and a strong understanding of Lean principles. They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support to Plants: Provide guidance on external and internal regulations, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and CSR. Conduct on-site visits, monitor SGI plans, and ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Integrated Management System (SGI): Develop and implement an integrated management system for new plants and support regional managers.
  • Standardize Quality Tools: Create flowcharts, FMEAs, control plans, and teach Total Quality Management (TQM) practices.
  • Quality Indicators: Define and monitor quality indicators, analyze corrective actions, and identify improvement opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in Engineering or Sciences, with postgraduate courses in Quality or Systems valued. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Lean environment is required. Knowledge of automotive standards and certification as an internal auditor are preferred.

This position requires fluency in English (C1 level), with Spanish being essential. German is valued but not necessary. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel (40% of the time) and flexible working hours.
