As a Customer Service Representative for a leading financial services provider, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions
  • Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures
  • Utilize call and email channels to assist clients

  • Full-time rotative shifts, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and weekends from 09:00 to 17:00

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A native level of Dutch and a good level of English
  • Interest in the banking sector
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work proactively at a fast pace
  • Reliability when handling sensitive data
