Job Summary:

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is seeking a highly skilled Static Equipment Engineer to support the addition of three gas compression facilities in Madrid. This is a contract-based position with a 12-month duration, requiring the candidate to be based residentially in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and/or review design calculations for pressure vessels and tanks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and/or review technical specifications to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct inter-disciplinary delivery checking to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and/or review technical clarification of pressure vessel vendor bids to guarantee vendor compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and/or review technical reports to support order placement of air coolers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, specialist equipment, and filters to ensure vendor compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent; chartered status is also highly desirable.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, particularly in petrochemical projects.
  • Good working knowledge of operator standards and procedures and international standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
