Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a real difference in the lives of others.
">The role will involve performing complex repairs, calibrations, and technical checks on various devices, providing expert support both remotely and on-site when required. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and efficiency of our technical service operations.
">This position also involves occasional travel to customers' locations to resolve issues or support product installations both nationally and internationally. In addition, the Technical Service Specialist will provide telephone support for technical inquiries from both internal and external customers.
">The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electronics and possess a strong background in laser medical devices. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is essential. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
