Job Description

As a Senior Knowledge Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a critical role in providing industry expertise and insights to our clients. You will work closely with our global topic leads and colleagues to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain deep domain knowledge in the Forest Products, Paper, and Packaging (FPPP) industry
  • Provide expert perspectives on industry trends and deliver proprietary data or tools to support case teams and clients
  • Support business development and proposals by helping to organize and codify knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients
  • Collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of consulting experience in the FPPP industry required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred

About the Role:

The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will be part of this team and contribute to the development of leading-edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.
