Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager at Expedia Group, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of around 6 to 10 partners in the Northern Europe & Southeastern Europe Region. Your primary goal will be to implement business strategies and position PLS as the partner of choice for our clients. You will work closely with the business development team to ensure a smooth account transition process for medium-sized partners and drive strong post-launch results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of partners and implement business strategies to position PLS as the partner of choice.
- Collaborate with other teams like Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, Supply, and Site Optimization to accurately diagnose known and unknown partner business needs.
- Partner with accounts mainly through remote work, with some face-to-face interaction.
- Provide leadership to your portfolio of partners and navigate the PLS organization to ensure successful account management.
