The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing information service and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure and Security Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of technical design and business/operational design elements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement IS&T solutions and changes.
  • Lead security operations management across various estates, tracking vulnerability status and defining information security risks.
RequirementsCore Expertise and Skills
  • Security engineering, including firewalling and vulnerability remediation.
  • Technical stewardship of third-party pen testing and analysis of results.
  • Identity management and access control solutions (IAM, RBAC, ABAC).
  • Public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Private cloud and hypervisors (VCD, Vmware).
  • Networking (L2, L3), routing protocols, OSI, VPN, TCP/IP suite.
  • Windows operating system platforms.
  • Experience in large enterprise ITSM environments.
  • Delivery assurance experience, including agile and linear/waterfall delivery processes.
  • Automation and scripting expertise (PowerShell, Python, Rundeck, Ansible).
  • Familiarity with backup, recovery, and replication technologies.
  • Good understanding of business continuity processes and practices.
  • ESD / patch management technologies experience.
  • Effective communication skills and high-level technical English fluency.
Beneficial Expertise and Skills
  • ITIL certification (foundation v3 or v4).
  • Database services administration experience.
  • Pre-sales technical consultancy experience.
  • SaaS / PaaS solutions support experience.
  • Service/site reliability design experience.
  • Presentation and reporting to higher management experience.
