Job Description

Wall Street English Alcobendas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced EFL Teacher/ Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering interactive, fun, and dynamic classes to students at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students of all levels.
  • Act as a mentor to new teachers, providing support and advice during their integration.
  • Ensure the consistent application of the Wall Street English methodology.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, built on trust and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with student progress, providing personalized guidance and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Native-level or bilingual speaker of English (equivalent to CEFR C2).
  • CELTA or equivalent certificate in TEFL.
  • Legally able to work in the EU.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, responsibility, and empathy.
