Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Junior Transformation Manager at Thyssenkrupp Elevator, you will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the transformation team and wider business across the value creation cycle from project ideation to delivery
  • Ideation of new transformation initiatives including identifying improvement areas, analyzing root causes, and developing solutions
  • Scoping, structuring, and initiating transformation work streams
  • Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Support the implementation of a consistent Transformation Office governance, project management standards, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress status
  • Contribute to the development and integration of the strategic transformation plan into the global budget planning
  • Support content management, further development of internal tools and databases, reporting, and project tracking
  • Support transformation teams and serve as a sparring partner for the Transformation Office teams and local Management in our business units and challenging delivery ambition

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/M&A, or in-house strategy/M&A/FP&A with a multinational
  • Experience with transformation projects is a plus
  • Solid project management skills in an international setting, working across multiple countries
  • Strong knowledge of financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of unstructured data
  • A track record of delivering in a complex and challenging multi-work stream environment
  • The ability to influence and manage relationships across different countries/functions
  • A team player mentality, resilience, strong commitment, and a proactive attitude
