Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Lead to co-lead our core-banking credit risk-decisioning ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk strategies and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-Leading of Provenir risk engine, database, and analytical environments
  • Development and implementation of credit risk strategies and frameworks
  • Leading technological projects impacting Credit Risk Decision Strategy and Statistical Analysis Department
  • Building regular risk admission reports and presenting them to internal customers
  • Participation in design, development, and management of relational risk databases and data marts
  • Collaboration with cross-country teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated effectively

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have + years of professional experience working with credit risk-decisioning systems and credit risk admission processes in the financial services industry. Strong credit risk assessment skills with a focus on credit risk admission processes are required.

Skill Set:

  • Credit risk assessment skills
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent command of specific software like Python, Java, and SQL
